I expected the spa to be a stellar pampering experience, but it was shockingly underwhelming, a missed opportunity! I mean, where were the shaded spots? I was left baking by the pool, and don't even get me started on my dietary requirements being ignored. Nearly thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't!

fine views but missing a bit more comfort
The tented buildings exude an age-gone-by explorer vibe, enhancing the atmosphere. The dawn drive was exhilarating, revealing the unique desert landscape and wildlife. The staff were helpful and reminded me of friends rather than just employees. Returning to a perfectly prepared room with subtle touches made for a lovely end to adventurous days.
The pool area lacked sufficient shade options for lounging comfortably.

We had an absolute blast exploring the area with our kiddos! The horse riding was a highlight, and they even let us borrow some bikes to ride around the fine desert. Plus, our newborn felt cozy in the spacious family suite.
My wife says that more options for family-friendly meals would be nice.

More shade options at the pool would enhance comfort.

Magical vibes in the desert
What a cool experience! The staff seemed like friends, especially Floyd, who made everything fun. Our suite had this amazing view, seriously felt unreal at night. The food was great too, especially in that sweet lounge area. Just wish the outdoor seating was a lil' bigger for star gazing, but it didn't ruin the magic!

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and exclusivity. the personalized service is impeccable, from the moment I arrived until the moment I departed. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities like a private pool and a breathtaking view of the surroundings.
The location of the hotel is quite remote, which could be a drawback for those looking for a more active vacation.

Our romantic escape was a dreamy experience. The location was peaceful, surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes and clear blue skies. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and gave panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. The food was delicious, tastefully presented, and offered an excellent variety of dishes to suit every taste.
We had an amazing experience and nothing to point out as a negative aspect. However, the property might not be suitable for someone looking for a buzzing and busy location as it's a remote hideaway.

Our recent experience was absolutely wonderful. the location was stunning and offered amazing views from both the room and common areas. the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, ensuring that all our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the attention to detail in the amenities provided.
We struggled to find any major flaws with this hotel. the only minor issue we had was with the pricing, which felt a bit steep compared to other hotels in the area.

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty, anticipating our every need. the luxurious room boasted breathtaking views from the balcony, and we enjoyed exclusive amenities like a private spa lounge and sun terrace. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant and bar area exceeded expectations with world-class cuisine and expertly crafted drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited on-site activities. While horseback riding and bike riding were available, there were not as many options for entertainment as we had hoped.
